I got to know Anh Nam when he coached a group of 10 mid-level managers at Ipsos Vietnam in 2021. His program combined team coaching and 1:1 coaching to facilitate self-awareness and self-confidence building for the participants. I am grateful for anh Nam’s contribution to the fact that as of today (March 2023), 9 out of 10 program participants are holding bigger roles in managing teams across Ipsos Vietnam.
